That Parish Executive Counsil consists of the president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, chairman of the eight boards, the director of early childhood education, and the pastor.

The Parish Exucutive Council serves as a liaison between the pastor, director of early childhood education, the officers of the congregation and the various boards in planning and communicating the total work of the congregation.
